What we do
The Data Storytelling Collective (DSC) maximizes the positive impact of human service nonprofits on the communities they serve • by strengthening how they leverage data via strategy, management, and use • by connecting their data storytellers with a peer learning community. The DSC learning community offers the following benefits to its members.
Twice a year • identifies individual and organizational strength and growth areas
Once every fall, winter, and spring • 3-4 hours each, including activities, discussions, and lunch
Most months without an in-person meeting • 1 hour each, focused on a data storytelling topic
Informal hangouts twice a year • holiday social in December and summer social in July/August
Ongoing online forum • channels to discuss topics, ask questions, and share resources
